We are very happy to welcome you to our office. However, as you know Covid 19 makes things very different and means that we as a firm need to take steps to protect both you and our staff.

It means that we can only have people coming to the office by appointment.

We are scheduling appointments to allow time to ensure the room you meet In Is sanitized, and that there Is then time to prepare It for the next appointment.

It Is therefore very Important that If you are delayed and going to be late for your appointment you contact us on 01392 256854 to let us know. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, It may be that we will need to re-arrange your appointment.

When you come to the office, we ask that you to wear a face covering, and use the hand sanitizer we provide on arrival. If you are unable to wear a face covering please let us know.

We also ask that you bring your own refreshments.  

Generally, appointments will take place in our conference room. This can be reached via our garden. When you arrive, you should ring the doorbell on the main door, and you will then be directed to the side entrance and led through the garden to the meeting room.

If you have specific needs that make accessing the conference room difficult for you, your appointment will have been arranged to take place In our business room that can be accessed directly from our reception area.  

Wherever your appointment takes place there will be a bathroom you can use.
