Chris Tagg



Chris is Head Of Department and has a wide experience in civil and injury cases including:

  • Disputes about wills 
  • Road traffic accidents
  • Accidents at work
  • Professional negligence including claims against other solicitors 
  • Contract disputes

Chris has a recognised expertise with cases involving catastrophic injury and complex professional negligence cases. Chris is the Devon and Cornwall Area Coordinator for the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, and Chair of the Devon And Exeter Law Society Contentious Business sub Committee.

Chris can often be heard on Radio Exe's Legally Speaking show on Friday mornings.

Having moved down to Devon from a firm in Bristol, very much enjoys exploring the coast and countryside, is a keen cyclist, archaeologist, photographer, playing the guitar badly and working on classic cars. These days, however, most of his time is taken up with his little boys, Ted and Tom, who rule the roost at home.
