Referral fees

Cartridges Never Pay Referral Fees for Personal Injury Cases

You will have seen a lot on the news and in the newspapers about referral fees lately.  Referral fees are when an organisation, perhaps an insurance company or another agency sells your details to a third party and that third party then gets in touch with you with a view to you making a claim. The third party will have paid for your details.

This is a subject that has been in the news because the Government have said they are going to ban the practice because it drives up car insurance premiums.

The link between car insurance premiums and referral fees is far from clear; indeed the biggest receivers of referral fees are likely to be the insurance companies- after all they know when you've had an accident.  Be that as it may, you may be reassured to know that Cartridges have never paid a referral fee for a case and will never sell your details on to third parties.

Cartridges' clients can be sure that they will receive only the best impartial and independent advice as we pay no commision to other companies, and we act only for our client not for their insurance company.

If you are injured in an accident, and it's not your fault your life is turned upside down, you are entitled to compensation, but you are also entitled to choose your own solicitor, and choose experienced, independent, confidential advice from Cartridges
