New Partner for Cartridges – Nicky Mein
On 1st April 2010, Nicky Mein joined the Cartridges Partnership. Nicky qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and came to Cartridges from Legal Services at Somerset County Council in January 2007 to work in the Family Department.
While her primary expertise on arrival was in public law work, her reputation as an effective, considerate solicitor has been consolidated to include a large caseload of complex private law children matters, representing children in private law proceedings being something she has found she particularly enjoys.
She is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and has recently become Head of Department for all Family matters. In addition, mainly due to her Scottish charm, wit, and common-sense approach, she has helped to develop a strong team spirit both in the Family Department and throughout the Firm. We’re delighted and proud to have Nicky join the Cartridges Partnership.
