Michelmores 5k race
Cartridges Solicitors have 3 teams entered in the Michelmores 5k race on the 8th June 2010 in aid of Hospiscare, the teams are as follows:
Team 1: James Durston, Nicky Mein, Alastair Dunn
Team 2: Kathryn Hulland, Nicola Elstone, Dana Mulligan
Team 3: Viv Cocks, Cyndy Walker, Kate Smith
Now firmly established as an important summer event in Exeter, the Michelmores Charity Run is a 5K run. First held in 2000, the event has now raised over £180,000 for local charities and attracts sponsorship from a wide range of local businesses.
The new route starts on Exeter Quay and finishes in the grounds of The Double Locks, where a jazz band and refreshments will help to create a garden party atmosphere as the runners recover and socialise.
All Cartridges team members are looking forward to the challenge and training hard - the thought of nice cold drink at the end of the 5k will motivate get them to the finish line one way or another!
