Case Worker
James joined Cartridges in 2005 after previous jobs at the CAB as a debt adviser, and later with OFWAT helping customers with complaints about South West Water. He has always enjoyed working on behalf of individuals, advocating for their rights against large organsiations. He works exclusively in our housing department, advising mainly tenants and homeless people on their rights, advocating for them in court and at review hearings.
When time and weather permit, James likes to grow fruit and vegetables on his allotment. He has recently taken up long-distance running and has an unfulfilled ambition to run a half-marathon in under an hour and a half.
