Our Family Department has two teams of specialists.
Our Children Team is headed by Partner Penny Scott, an experienced member of the Law Society Children Panel.
Our Financial team is headed by Partner Bridget Garrood who is Accredited by Resolution (The Leading Professional Organisation for Family Law) as a specialist solicitor in Family Law with particular expertise in dealing with Pensions on Divorce and in advising all aspects of Cohabitation.
We welcome clients funded both privately and by Legal Aid.
The department also has a strong track record in advising people in alternative families.
