Conveyancing News: More of the Same Great Service

We have been very sad to say 'goodbye' to Julie Strange, our outstanding and highly experienced conveyancing soicitor, who left Cartridges at the end of May. Julie had worked with us for more than 10 years, so her absence will take some getting used to; she is however leaving for the best of reasons - to spend more time in her beautiful garden and with her family. After a summer of leisure Julie intends to do some locum work - who knows, maybe even for Cartridges!

By an almost seamless transition, Julie's colleague Cyndy Walker became a member of FILEX (a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives) on 1 June, and we should like to congratulate her. This qualification is prestigious, requiring as it does a great deal of study usually (as in Cyndy's case) undertaken in large part 'on the job'. Cyndy worked for many years as Julie's 'right hand woman' and we feel we are very lucky to be able to offer through her a familiarly high standard of service to both existing and new clients.

Continuing to oversee the conveyancing department is Francis Parffrey, a partner in the firm; and admin support is provided by Kelly Brockington, a top class legal secretary.

The conveyancing team will continue to offer a personalised service at fair rates. Our clients always know exactly who is working on their transaction and ready access to Francis Parffrey and his team means that you understand precisely what is going on. We are glad to continue to provide a local, specialised and one-to-one service.
